- In the original packaging

Are there any charges for return?
- You are responsible for return shipping charges if you do not purchase return label when you check out.
How do I return?
- Please contact our customer service team and they will send you a return link.
- Enter your email address and order number to sign in.
- Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange, and follow the instructions, only 4 steps complete the returns request and submit.
- If you find the entire return process troublesome, you can also authorize our customer service team to handle the return application.
- Once your request is approved, you will get email update notifications with shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
